Ingredients:
- 4 scoops protein powder (I used a cor-fetti which is cake batter flavored, that's why the bars have little rainbow sprinkles in it)
- 2 tbsp to 4 tbsp Agave Nector or Honey (You can use splenda too but I stray away from those sweeteners)
- 1/4 cup oats (processed into oat flour, just throw it into a chopper)
- 1/4 cup nut butter (smooth)
- About 3-4 tbsp water
Directions:
- Simply mix everything together until a sticky dough forms.
- Take two pieces of plastic wrap and place the dough in the middle, roll it out to your desired thickness.
- Cut the dough into 8 bars and place in fridge.
