Ingredients:
- 4 medium sized apples
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 4 Ingredient Dough Recipe(located in Dinner category)
- 2 Tbsp Lite Pancake Syrup
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Follow the 4 ingredient dough recipe and add 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp ground cloves in dough before placing in oven.
- Slice the apples and then place in a stove pan. Sprinkle the apple slices with the cinnamon. Turn the stove top onto medium heat, add about 1/4 cup water to the apples to make sure they do not stick to pan. Stir constantly.
- Cook the apples until soft, but NOT translucent or mushy.
- Spread the pancake syrup evenly onto the dough, then put the apples on top.
- Place back in oven and cook for another 25 minutes or until crust is browned on the bottom.
- Slice and serve with whipped cream or vanilla yogurt.
