Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 8 drops stevia or 1/2 tsp powdered stevia
- 2 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
- Mix the almond milk, cocoa powder, and stevia until everything is dissolved.
- Pour the milk mixture over the seeds and stir.
- Separate the pudding mixture into two cups.
- Add the shredded coconut on now or right before you serve.
- Chill for at least 2 hours
