Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 heads fresh broccoli
- 1/2 tbsp Oil (I use coconut)
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees
- Wash and cut broccoli into even pieces
- Toss the broccoli in a bowl with the oil (if using coconut oil melt it first)
- Spray a baking sheet with pam and spread out broccoli in a single layer
- sprinkle with salt and pepper
- place in oven for 10 minutes and then flip broccoli then cook for another 10/11 minutes
