Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup natural almond butter
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups oats
Directions:
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave, which takes about 30 seconds then pour into a mixing bowl.
- Add all the ingredients other than the oats. Mix until everything is incorporated.
- Take the oats and make oat flour by pouring the oats into a chopper and processing until it forms a powder.
- Add the flour into the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Spread the mixture onto a pan or plate covered with wax paper. If the mixture is too challenging to spread you can dampen your hands or a knife with water, then try spreading it.
- Place in fridge for about about 2 hours before cutting into 12 squares.
