Ingredients:
- 1/2 a head of raw cauliflower
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- sprinkle of: parsley, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Process the cauliflower until it is course, it should not be creamy (check out picture 1).
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
- Take a metal pizza tray and cover it with aluminum foil and spray with Pam.
- Spread out the crust batter to be about 1/2 to 3/4 an inch thick and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
- Cover the pizza with desired toppings and broil for about 5 minutes.
