Ingredients:
- 12 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup plain cashews
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp water
- 25g Dark Chocolate
Directions:
- Put all ingredients other than the chocolate in a food processor. Process until a sticky dough ball forms.
- Take mixture out and mix in chocolate.
- Cover a pan with parchment paper (I used a 7 by 12 because I like mine thin) and press the mixture down evenly.
- Place in fridge for about and hour or more before cutting.
