Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. Organic Corn Flour
- 1/2 c. Oats (processed into oat flour)
- 8 - 10 Ripe Strawberries
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 Unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 scoop Cellucor Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Turn the oats into oat flour by processing them in a chopper.
- Chop all the strawberries in a chopper until it is basically a liquid (you can leave it chunky, it's up to you).
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients until a batter forms.
- Heat a griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
