Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened shredded Coconut
- 1/4 c. Egg Beaters (Original or Egg whites)
- A little less than 1/2 c. Quaker Oats
- 2 tbsp Agave
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash a ripe banana and then add the wet ingredients together (Eggbeaters, vanilla, agave).
- Add the dry ingredients into the bowl, other than the Oats. The mix is going to be very soft and wet.
- Pour the oats into a bowl, or onto a plate, use a tsp to scoop out cookies. Try to form a ball the best u can and then roll them in the oats.
- The batter forms about 16 cookies. Cook for 5 minutes then rotate pan and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.
